Local Moves

Listed below are typical home sizes and the average amount of time to complete a local move based on two men and one truck.

1 Bedroom - 3-4 Hours
2 Bedroom - 5-6 hours
3 Bedroom - 7-8 Hours
4 Bedroom - 8-9 Hours
5 Bedroom - 10+ Hours

Office & Corporate Moves

Office moving is more detailed and is charged on an hourly rate. A firm price can be provided by having a moving consultant view your current and new office locations. A general Rule Of Thumb that you can use to estimate is that three men can completely move one office or one workstation per hour.

Long Distance Moves

Long Distance moves are generally charged based on weight. Listed below are typical home sizes and the average weight in pounds of the content of these homes.

1 Bedroom - 2500 - 3000 LBS.
2 Bedroom - 4000 - 6000 LBS.
3 Bedroom - 7000 - 9000 LBS.
4 Bedroom - 10,000 - 12,000 LBS.
5 Bedroom - 13,000+ LBS.

Overseas Moves

Overseas moves are priced based on the volume of the items you intend to ship. (10 LBS = 1 cubic foot)

1 Bedroom - 250 - 300 cubic feet.
2 Bedroom - 400 - 600 cubic feet.
3 Bedroom - 700 - 900 cubic feet.
4 Bedroom - 1,000 - 1,200 cubic feet.
5 Bedroom - 1,300+ cubic feet.
